1. General Disclaimer
- No Guarantee of Results. Our courses, coaching, and eBooks are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, audit results, employment, promotions, revenue, or business results from use of our Services.
- Individual Responsibility. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, organizational context, prior experience, and how you apply the material. You are solely responsible for decisions made using information provided.
- Not Professional, Legal, or Regulatory Advice. Content is not a substitute for professional legal, regulatory, auditing, or consulting advice. You should consult a qualified professional or your relevant regulatory/certification body before relying on our materials for compliance decisions.
- Content Accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but standards, regulations, and best practices change over time. We do not warrant that content is complete, error-free, or reflects the most current version of any standard or regulation.
- Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well Being Scoop and its instructors, coaches, clinicians, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, our Services.
- Not a Substitute for Emergency Care. None of our Services are intended for use in a medical emergency. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on our Services in place of emergency medical care.
2. Quality Management Documentation Training
- Educational Purpose Only. Training in quality management documentation or similar frameworks, procedures, templates, and documentation practices is provided to build knowledge and skills. It does not constitute certification by any accrediting or standards body, and completion of our training does not guarantee your organization will pass an external audit or certification review.
- Templates and Documents. Any templates, forms, or sample documentation provided as part of the training are examples only. You are responsible for adapting them to your organization’s specific regulatory, industry, and operational requirements before use.
- No Warranty of Compliance. We do not guarantee that use of our training materials or templates will result in compliance with any specific quality standard, regulation, or certification body’s requirements.
3. Coaching Services
- Nature of Coaching. Coaching is intended to support your personal or professional development and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
- No Guaranteed Outcomes. As with our courses, we do not guarantee specific results from coaching engagements. Progress depends on your engagement, implementation, and circumstances.
- We will treat information shared during coaching sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
- Coaching sessions are subject to our scheduling and rescheduling policies. Cancellation/rescheduling 48 hours’ notice required.
4. CPR Training and Certification Services
- Training Purpose. BLS support training is provided to build awareness and hands-on skills. It is not a substitute for professional emergency medical response and does not guarantee successful resuscitation or outcomes in any real-life emergency.
- Certifications are issued only where you have met the applicable course, skills demonstration, and assessment requirements. It is your responsibility to confirm that a given certification is accepted by your employer, licensing body, or regulatory agency, and to renew certification before it expires.
- Physical Participation. Hands-on CPR training involves physical activity, including kneeling, compression, and use of training manikins or equipment. Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any physical limitations or health conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate.
- No Guarantee in Real Emergencies. Completion of training through Well Being Scoop does not guarantee a successful outcome if CPR or first aid is performed in an actual emergency. Always call 911 (or your local emergency number) first in a real emergency.
5. Nurse-Led Chronic Condition Management Services
- Scope of Service. Chronic condition management services are provided by licensed nurses to support education, monitoring, and coordination related to your chronic condition(s). These services are intended to supplement — not replace — the care provided by your treating physician or other licensed healthcare provider.
- Not a Diagnosis or Treatment Service. Nurse-led services do not include diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing medication, or independently altering a treatment plan established by your physician.
- Your Responsibility. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, following your physician’s treatment plan, taking medications as prescribed, and promptly reporting any worsening symptoms, side effects, or emergencies to your physician or emergency services.
- Licensure and Scope of Practice. Services are provided in accordance with the scope of practice permitted for licensed nurses under applicable state or jurisdictional law. Availability of specific services may vary depending on your location and the licensure of the nurse providing care.
6. Medical Management Guidance and Support Services (Under Physician Orders and Protocol)
- Provided Under Physician Direction. Medical management guidance and support services are delivered under the orders, protocols, and/or supervision of a licensed physician or other authorized healthcare provider. These services are not a substitute for direct physician evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Protocol-Based Support. Guidance provided through these Services follows established clinical protocols and physician orders applicable to your care. Any deviation from your prescribed treatment plan should be discussed directly with your physician before you make changes.
- No Physician-Patient Relationship Implied Beyond Scope. Use of these support Services does not, by itself, create a new physician-patient relationship beyond what is established through your existing physician’s orders and protocol, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Emergency Situations. These Services are not designed or intended for emergency response. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.
- Informed Consent. By using these Services, you acknowledge that healthcare guidance carries inherent risks, that outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and that you have the right to ask questions and seek clarification from your physician about any guidance provided.
7. eBooks and Digital Downloads
- Instant Access. eBooks and other digital downloads are delivered electronically and are available for download or access immediately upon purchase.
- Personal Use License. Purchase of an eBook grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share purchased eBooks without our written permission.
- Content Purpose. eBooks are provided for informational and educational purposes and should not be treated as a complete or authoritative substitute for official standards, regulatory texts, or professional consultation.
8. No-Refund Policy
All purchases of courses, training programs, coaching services, and eBooks or other digital materials are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:
- No Refunds. Due to the immediate access granted to digital content and the personalized/limited-availability nature of coaching, CPR training, nursing, and medical management support services, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase or booking is completed, regardless of whether the material or service has been accessed, downloaded, attended, or completed.
- No Cancellations After Purchase. Once payment is processed, the transaction cannot be canceled or reversed, except as described below.
- Partial Completion. No partial refunds will be issued for courses, coaching packages, or eBooks that are partially accessed, attended, or completed.
- Coaching, Clinical, and Nursing Session No-Shows. Missed coaching sessions, CPR training sessions, nursing consultations, or medical management support sessions without adequate notice, as defined in our scheduling policy, will not be refunded or automatically rescheduled.
- Technical Issues. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us at nurse@wellbeingscoop.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue; this does not guarantee a refund.
- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate termination of your access to all Services and may be treated as a breach of these terms.
- Discretionary Exceptions. Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of Well Being Scoop and does not obligate us to grant similar exceptions in the future.
9. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or enrolling in any course, coaching service, CPR training, nursing service, medical management support service, or eBook offered by Well Being Scoop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer and No-Refund Policy in full.
